Group Meditation
Join group meditations in my office on Monday evenings at 7pm and Friday mornings at 9:00am. Participants can attend in person or call in via zoom. Just call in ahead of time and ask for the meeting ID and password for that day’s meditation. The cost is $25 for the hour-long session. Please check the calendar before arriving to make sure there have been no changes.
Meditation CD - Creating Change: A Guided Meditation
Perfect for anyone who wants to be led through a meditation. This audio helps us to become more aware, remember who we really are, separate knowing vs. thinking, and empower us to use our own highest information to create the lives we truly want to live.
